Customised multiple portable office telephone booths in Belgium

Client Requirements
A corporate client from Belgium reached out to us with a request for portable office phone booths to enhance their open-plan workspace. They needed six units to provide employees with private spaces for confidential phone calls and online meetings, ensuring better focus and reduced background noise. The booths would be placed in different departments to support both individual work and small team discussions.

Customized Specifications
After discussing the client's office layout and user needs, we customized the booths with the following specifications:

• Ventilation system: Quiet, continuous air circulation

• Interior fittings: Built-in desk, power sockets, and LED lighting

• Finish: Matte white exterior with light oak interior panels, matching the client's corporate aesthetic
  We worked closely with the client to ensure these dimensions fit perfectly into their office space colour maintaining portability for future relocation.

Logistics & Shipment
Once production was completed, we coordinated with the client to arrange sea freight from our port to Antwerp, Belgium. All units were carefully packed in reinforced wooden crates to prevent damage during transit. We provided full shipping documentation, tracking updates, and assisted with customs clearance to ensure a smooth delivery.

Outcome
The client received the booths on schedule, and they have since been successfully installed in their office. Employees have praised the improved privacy and comfort, making the booths an integral part of their daily workflow.
